Thank you for your note yes you are right this happens because when Chrome is possibly automatically updated. In fact for playing on google the software uses an extension called chromedriver.exe and when Chrome updates this need to be updated too. But our software does not do automatically.
To do this is fairly easy please
1- Check version of chrome you are using just go on settings and info, your chrome could been updated to 78 or 79 80 or even 81
2- go here https://chromedriver.chromium.org/downloads and download the .exe file relative to version of chrome you are running
3- Go in the installation directory of online software (to do this you can right click on the Certabo Online icon and select open location of the file so the directory will open automatically)
4- Overwrite the old chromedriver.exe with the one you just downloaded in the directory just opened.
This will fix, we may introduce an auto check to do wanr eventually about changing the file or doing also automatically the overwrite.
